We are also engaged in import-export business of CRGO, CRNGO Electrical Steel Sheets & CR Steels.

are a quality driven organization and follow stringent quality control
measures at every level of our manufacturing procedure to ensure
flawless results. Every stage is monitored by a group of well trained

front. We employ modern manufacturing machines in our process to ensure
the production of premier products which are high on every parameter of
efficiency, durability and performance. All the outgoing products are
inspected in our advance testing facility, thus ensuring the flow of
best products to the market.
Infrastructure
Delta Core Industries is a perfect blend of advance machines and creative
professionals to manufacture Motor Stampings, E&I Laminations, Wound
Cores & Transformer Laminations. The following is a
small account of our mechanical strength:
Slitting Machines: We
have one of the most sophisticated Slitting Machines of 1100 mm. width
capacity & 500 mm. width capacity for slitting cutters of the best steel
for burrs free slitting. Power Presses & Press Brakes: We use
Power Presses for notching and punching. This process is done using
ultra modern tools (carbon tip tools). We also do gang punching for
maximum width of 900 mm. and maximum length of strip 4000 mm., at a time,
into required hole dia. - Shearing Machines
Winding Machines: Our plants have Winding Machines for manufacturing Wound & Rectangular Cores. Annealing Furnace: Sheet
annealing is done in a continuously operated furnace (conveyor type
furnace). Good results are obtained by maintaining a temperature of
800° C ± 20°C and setting different time for different widths and sizes
of the laminations. Pit Type Muffle Furnace: Pit Type
Muffle Furnaces are used for annealing of wound cores and rectangular
cores and small size of stack transformer cores to obtain the best
results. Testing Facility: We possess indigenous
and imported ultra modern equipment for testing of both electrical and
mechanical tests. We also take the help of renowned Testing
Laboratory, ERDA, for testing of materials, if insisted by our
customers.
Labour Job: We also undertake
labour job for slitting as well as full process of lamination cutting
for Distribution and Power Transformer as per customer specified
designs. We also have a facility for motor and generator stampings with
the required tools.
Handling Systems: We
are having a 10 MT capacity EOT Crane for handling of input coils.
Loading & Unloading from machine to machine, till finished goods
are produced, is also done with this crane. We also have Hydraulic
Lifts for the internal movement of goods.
